這家市中心Stieglbräu Klosferhof老餐廳出品的"美味烤豬肉+麵包丁大丸子"是這天的驚喜新發現!餐廳昏黃的燈光伴著剛下班,聚在鄰桌喝酒聊天的客人,廚娘則放下提袋 歇腳喘氣,等後上菜.老餐廳端出的重點醬汁,溫潤且鹹淡合宜,讓廚娘往後有機會,還會再上門.

It was about time for dinner and the Stieflbräu Klosferhof restaurant attracted my notices for the Schweinebratl on its list. When I walked in the restaurant, it was like a scene in an old film welcoming me. The light was dim but bright enough to see all arrangement. All arrangement appeared romantic, and time seems everlasting here. The guests met for a glass of wine or beer after work. A senior couple just finished their drink and was ready to leave. And I just arrived to rest my feet and to be served with a delicious dinner! (Yes!) The outcome was very much pleasure. The important warm meat sauce was not too salty at all but smoothy and tasty. The meat was so tender. I think I definitely will come again. :)
